Sascha is the Director of Research at PAIR, though he will move to the University of Cologne in the Summer of 2026. Thereafter he will remain involved with PAIR through his leadership of the joint research project COMPAIN.
Anthony Seaboyer
Anthony is the Director of the Centre for Security, Armed Forces, and Society at the Royal Military College of Canada, where he also teaches political science and political philosophy. He is a PhD candidate at PAIR, and is currently writing his dissertation on the ethics of government influence operations.
